Visually stunning and amazingly addictive combat. Beyond these cosmetics, however, it's a mediocre game at best. Level design is regid, repetitive, and strangely small for a dragon quest or warriors title. The same could be said for the storyline, not to mention basic, and most of the characters are a shell of how amazing they were in their respective games. The most fun the developers seemingly had with the game aside from combat and visuals was the quest system, and even that became basic and unrewarding. Also the items system is annoying to say the least. It's almost a fun experience but if you're a completionist, just skip it. You'll feel like your time was just as wasted as the money you spent.
