I really like the character Tobias Whales, I think Krondon does an excellent job of portraying the character. He seems a lot like Lex Luthor from the old Justice League cartoon, more like a business man than an evil scientist. I think the show should move towards more action and lean a little bit more to the main character: Black Lightning. Introduce some more high powered villains and bring other DC characters in for cameos.
