It's definitely a book y'all oughta read! If nothing else, please read the first paragraph-you'll see why once you read it! This is a very good book. It's very long and hard to read, but it's fun! I had to read it for high school.. and loved it!!

This is nowhere near your average Victorian era novel.. and I love it so much!!! Most people don't assume a book about a painting will ever fascinate them, but I read this for school (because I had to) and I was amazed! The part where Basil Hallward died was very intense. I didn't expect it because I thought Dorian would come to his senses, but nope. Wilde's preface was really good as well. Good job Oscar Wilde!

I read this for school and it is so sweet! I like that Scout managed to save Atticus by calling out Mr. Cunningham-cute! Also, it's very sad that despite Atticus' attempts to save Mr. Robinson, he died. As for Boo Radley.. it's a bit concerning that he hasn't left his house for years. But we know that he was locked up. Sad but true.

In my opinion, this wasn't as good as the other Anne of Green Gables books so far. But I liked this book! I like Aunt Kate and Aunt Chatty and Rebecca Dew is nice as well. The Pringles... well, yes they get into a lot of mischief. But they do mature over time :)

I actually prefer this over Anne of Green Gables. This book is really sweet, and kind of silly as well with Dora and Davy, who are ever so innocent and energetic. Also it is fun seeing Anne teaching in Avonlea, and seeing her and Gilbert actually getting along. It's great that some old characters, such as Mrs. Lynde, still make major appearances. And Anne and Diana still hang out, which is amazing. That's why I prefer this book tbh.

This book is insane but I really liked it! So I read this for school a few months ago, and wow it was good. It felt like there was a plot twist every time you turned the page. I feel like not everyone else liked it as much as I did, though. But it's okay! Clarisse is a good role model cuz she resisted peer pressure and stood her ground. Montag's rebellion is also good. On Millie... I don't really like her.

It's kind of a funny story as to why I am here! After a series of unexpected events at an audition for a play, I decided to audition for my school's play on this book, got in, and had an amazing time. I decided to read the book... and loved it!!!!!! This is a really sweet and funny book with Anne and the "kindred spirits", her and Diana saving Minnie May, and finally forgiving Gilbert after so long over "carrots". Matthew is my favorite character, along with Diana and Gilbert. They are truly lovely characters in a sweet book. It was sad when Matthew died-and I can understand how Anne felt. What Gilbert did for her is so kind! That's one reason I love this book. As for the other reasons.. I can go on.
