It's a great movie! For those young high school,college baseball players not to give up & semi pro baseball player Dean A. " Dino " Etter @52yrs old that still plays for the love of the game since 1977! It would have been neat if the guys that beat up Sonny got busted by Angela's cop cousin & brought to justice! Then see Sonny get the call up to the Yankees the last month of the regular season too! It kinda based in a way of Ron Lefore ,whom was in prison & a coach or scout found him & later got him to play in the Detroit Tigers farm system & eventually in the Majors with Detroit Tigers in the 70's & 80's!
