I don’t recommend this book, it’s just a bunch of historical examples of certain principles working for certain people, the summary is worth a read but to read the whole thing is a waste of time unless you’re a history buff, It can give context to why a certain principle may lead to power but it’s not too hard to understand why, even without the context. Some people might want the explanation anyway, still a decent read with good “laws”, but it felt like a waste of time learning all that random history for me.
