Great film with a great message and story. Mr. Eastwood continues to inspire and delivers yet another exceptional movie. He only gets better with age. I want to cry at the macho reviews I am reading. Are people seriously suggesting people can’t fall in love with someone older? The main character has a strong moral code, he tried to help someone, he kept his word, he was thoughtful, he connected to children, teenagers, he communicated with deaf children, animals, and the whole village liked him. Are they suggesting that people fall in love with older people and can pull that off because of a British accent? The person the protagonist became with age only made him more appealing because who he was inside. I loved the simple story and message. If you missed it don’t blame Mr. Eastwood.
