I have never encountered so many exclamation marks in a supposedly academic book. And their use is completely unnecessary. I understand the author's concern for the rule of law in Hong Kong, but he really should have been more professional and avoided sentiments when composing a legal book. For this I would deduct one star from its original rating. Besides this is a comprehensive and readable book.
