This was a well acted version. Especially the actress who played lady di, I didn't like the lip biting prince Charles actor nor the woman who played the queen. I felt really sad for the death of lady di. It portrayed Charles as grieving. Did he grieve? I don't know how to feel except that the monarchy didn't show much sympathy or recognition when diana died. I remember all of it in real life. It's worth a watch.

At first it was a bit slow, but I ended up binge watching it for 6 hours with my cat. The cinematography was beautiful and I enjoyed the reality of two families from different cultures and race blending together through a mixed marriage. It brought it home for me and understood the challenges. Amy's wardrobe was so beautiful. I want to go to Italy now just to experience the food. I liked the ending even though it was sad, it showed what truly mattered in life, how different cultures can learn from eachother and realize we are all people with the same basic needs. I recommend this series. 👌
