Disgusting film which mocks and misrepresents the poverty of the third world ! Relies on scenes of public defecation, bawdy language and unrealistic situations to disguise the poor quality of script writing. Nothing original, intelligent or substantial, just the same old stereotypes. I am shocked that this is a Booker prize winning novel .Highly overrated and hugely disappointing.
