Great movie But did not deserve to get into oscar nomination

This is the remake of a malayalam movie drishyam starring mohanlal meena esther etc. There is a next sequel of the movie coming in amazon prime video which is drishyam 2. And it is going to be a block buster. Go see it before hindi and other languages spoiling it.

I did not even think this will be a national award movie but in that exact year captain (malayalam) movie was released. I thought that movie would have won. But unfortunately that movie was a malayalam movie. they did not give any awards.
