AMS provided me and my family with our worst moving experience. Their strategy is VERY deceptive and borders on illegal. They underbid to secure your business, then they hold your belonging hostage until you pay their HIGHER price. The physical move took twice the quoted time and resulted in lost and damaged furniture. You can’t make this stuff up. If you are dealing with the Matthews, NC office as I did, I wouldn’t let Ruth into your home for pricing as that is where the deception begins. This company should be SHUT DOWN by the BBB......that is my next email.
