The King: Eternal Monarch was okay. There were some sparks I felt from the second main lead couple, but other than down it was average. I had huge expectation because of the casting and the written but it all just fell apart. The only reason I continued to watch this drama was because the character dynamics brought by Woo Do-hwan. I don't know if it was just me but I didn't feel the chemistry between the main leads of the drama. I was interested in the first 4 episodes; however, it was all a lead down from there. I loved Jung Eun-chae, Kim Kyung-nam, Woo Do-hwan, and Yong Ji Kim. They all did so well portraying different characters and convincing the two contrasting character arch. This drama wasn't for me, and I wasn't interested at all; however, to all the people who just started watch Korean dramas this one would do wonders.
