by far one dead on great movie.. the cast could not have been any better. the script written so well for each member of the cast. the scene with angie and the duke was perfect. the trio of singing in the jail with dean,ricky and walter, with the duke looking on, was then and now my favorite scene in any movie i have ever taken in. just an incredible delight from start to finish with the best folks that hollywood had to offer. i loved it so much i have purchased a copy on dvd for my viewing pleasure whenever the mood strikes. it just never gets old.!!! i think most people would say if they could live forever they would. for me i would and i would make every effort to meet every great performer from the golden era. its such a shame that all those wonderful actors and actress's have left us and gone to the next episode in life. i for one certainly miss them all. god speed to all the greats.!!!
