I disliked the part playing as abby, it just came out of no where and by the end of the game I really dont give a shit about abby still. I felt for her but shes just a throw away character and it felt like I wasted my time with her. They should have done something slightly diffrent with the story too. Maybe not make joel give out his name knowing hes being hunted down. After joel got onto ellie about keeping her immunity a secret, he just gave out his name like he isnt a wanted man. Joel is a paranoid kind of person, he wouldnt just walk in the middle of the room without his weapon, and tell randoms his name. It should have been just ellie alone, like most of the game, and as shes hunting down everyone, working her way to abby, she makes a few friends along the way that she can connect with and that assist her as she assists them kind of thing. Also why does ellie feel so weak in this game? I wanted a more badass ellie, not one that would lose to abby when she finally comes face to face with her. I wanted ellie to have that rage strangth, that little thought in the back of her mind that gives her the edge and makes her win. Not me play as abby and being forced to beat ellie, and if I die as abby I lose? Like fuck that man I want ellie to kill this hoe, I dont want abby to have some emotional backstory and turns out to be kinda kewl like ellie. They should have just made abby ellies mom and they fight the first time, and during that fight she finds out abby was her mother, and then something happens in the fight and the fight is delayed and they retreat, but then ellie pulls her self together and decides she loves joel more and goes after her 1 final time in a final fight. After the end of the game ellie is alone and is on the run from the fireflies and thats the end. A good ending to a good game. And also threw out the game ellie sees joels ghost or something and even thinks she can hear him speak. Im not a writier but Im sure they could have made something better then what we got.
