Just utterly speechless, this film sums up my complete devotion to Five Nights at Freddy's in 1 hr and 59 minutes. I was 12 years old when the first game dropped, since day 1, I wondered and eventually began waiting for this gem of a film to release. As a long-time fan, this movie was a dream come true, for any fan really! How they didn't stray (in my opinion) from the original source material of the first game, and the way all the Animatronic characters were designed, they was just immaculate.
A few points about this film, it not only respected the fans, but it was loyal to them, and the film respected itself. I was optimistic since they teased this film years ago and the wait was worth it by a long shot. The nostalgia instantly hits you if you grew up in the world of Scott Cawthon, towards the climax of this film, I was on the verge of crying, because what Scott Cawthon has created, (with the help of the fans of course) this in depth and rabbit hole of a franchise made me feel like I belong in Five Nights at Freddy's.
Personally, it's a huge inspiration to me as an artist, and I'm truly grateful to say that Five Nights at Freddy's, from all the games, lore, merch, this film. I'm grateful that this is a huge part of my life, and it will be embedded in my heart forever.
If you're a massive fan, or not, even if you played the games once, do not pass up the opportunity to watch this piece of art!
