Mourning the loss of a parent is one of the toughest things to get over, if you ever get over it at all. Traumatic, unnerving nightmares, if the parent died a violent death. Yes, it was a dark movie, but of course it ended with a silver lining. I think so many people missed the meaning of the story, because they got caught up in criticizing actions. If they had done things differently, it would have been a whole different story. Write your own if you think you can do better. I enjoyed the movie, sad as it was, but not because of the events, but because goodness prevailed in the end. I gave it a thumbs up.
