It doesn't age well. I saw the twists light years away. The only thing that DID surprise me was that the black guy didn't die first. Nothing surprising, nothing scary. Not much of the "demon" was shown, either, so it was a bit weird adding it to final scenes. It was okay, or anything below. It certainly isn't anything special.
