If you are watching this for battles, elves and masses of magic - it’s not for you. It’ll help if you know the story of Gawain and the Green Knight so the symbolism makes sense. Gawain is not Lancelot - he’s a different kettle of fish altogether. I loved Dev Patel, Sean Harris, Ralph Ineson, Alicia Vikander, Joel Edgerton - The scenery, the symbolism the feel of the movie was ethereal in places. Worth a watch and watch until the end of the credits.
