This is a slow burner by all means. The legendary season 1 stands there. As a gigantic pyramid or something. Like season 1, this also stands apart thanks to the performance of the lead cast once again. The time traveling of the lead cast to solve the case is mesmerizing. It's not that edge of the thriller you would love to watch. This is something when it all mixed up together ( the music, bgm, camera, coloring, acting ) turns into a decent watch. Maybe at times, you would think did these two detectives missing some pieces during the investigation like serious mess up but in the end, it all concludes really nice.

What I really liked about the movie is the fact that the creators are not at all spoon feeding it's viewers. They well assumed that we as a viewer has a minimum level of common sense and we are well enough to understand the story without telling us scene by scene what happened. A hitchcockian concept that is well taken. All the actors were brilliant. Notably Tabu.
