I am laughing aloud, really guffawing at hearing all my concerned thoughts about this show being voiced--it's a joy to know you aren't mad sometimes. Everything everyone says is true and baffling and unanswered, and really in the end quite hilarious--but I watched to the end as it was so uneven and almost whimsical in its irresponsibility. I cracked up most over the comment from someone which said "all this could have avoided if she simply left the area instead of staying there for 17 years." LOL. But, nobody has mentioned another aspect I found bizarre. Would any couple really live together for 17 years and then when they do decide to marry formally actually have hen parties and bachelor bashes? What was the purpose of that? That's weird. And, Megan's husband describes her as his fiance...after 17 years. Silly. Hated the dancing duet--what was that?
