Much like transformers but without the transformers. Cheesy explosions, fireworks go off when cars wreck, movie was just all over the place. Every movie Michael Bay makes is the same. He just changes the CGI whether it's the Ninja Turtles, or Transformers or any other hokey movie, they are all the same
