Dhanush stands out as a angry young man , whose voice against the oppression to his village and people of village , goes from a noise to a powerful voice. The movie , with its masterpiece direction and excellent detailing almost holds your hand and make you see and feel "the love, the unity, the ritual beliefs, the tortures, the traumas, the helplessness and anxiety" that small villages in India go through. and then some times one has to pick up the sword for the people, at any cost and at anyone , even the law keepers.

Strong acting dominates the real life script ( or one could say story) of the current state of law in country and how the spineless political system of India, which is almost on life support by the local goons, has steadily rotten the the very root of the law and law keepers. Joju, KB and Nimisha perfectly walk into the role of kerala police officers of different grades with the Joju easily taking the crown of senior and the experienced cop with massive screen presence. A nail biting chase between cops and .. eh.. cops for a change ! Climax is sad but Kudos to team for sticking to reality ( or close enough ) .
