The movie starts out way too slow. It would have been much better if the relationship between Martin and Steven was told from the very beginning. The story is intense with some just plain gross and sexually perverse scenes. Colin Farrell having sex with an aneasthesized Nicole Kidman was just disturbing, as well as Colin’s secret he shares with his son! Ew! Both were just plain gross! Also, Both kids should have had IV fluids at the hospital and there should have been some sort of explanation as to how Martin got them ill. Two thumbs down. I would not recommend.

Starts out kind of slow as you get to know the characters. I really enjoyed this short series; only 6 episodes, but it keeps you wanting more! Lots of twists and turns. I really enjoyed the different accents, as well as some of the beautiful scenery. If you’re looking for a quick thrill ride, this is it!

Blah, Blah, Blah... this French woman director took this too far. Pedophiles can now just click on Netflix to get a fix. She was obviously trying to make a point about pre- teenaged girls being sexualized, but she didn’t need to actually do it herself in the film to get the point across. This film literally made me sick to my stomach. Harvey Weinstein would have thanked her for this film. Then he would probably have sought out these young actresses. The shock value in this film is unnecessary and just plain offensive.
