Pretentious, drug fuelled mess. Extreme levels of violence and darkness - with a plot too weak to hold that weight. Lots of potential in the concept, some impressive action choreography, cinematography, set design etc but the rampant degeneracy, drug abuse and nihilistic narration dominates screen time, taking away from the "Ninja Hogwarts" and "Gangster Teen" themes.
