Not taking away the excellent attempt of pulling of a dark comedy film, tackling gender based violence, domestic abuse, and other social challenges, Alia Bhatt's acting in her role upgrades this movie to a 5 star rating. This unique role has made her current dominance in Bollywood solidified. A definite much watch and kudos once again to Alia along with the support cast who all did a splendid job in their own right. Many appropriate and subtle learnings in this film no matter what country, religion, ethnicity you come from.

Probably worthy of 4,5 if I'm being honest but hey you have to give Dexter Morgan a solid 5. Not as fast paced as the original series, it takes some time to warm up, but it comes with a rather more mature twist and spin to a complex plot and re-ignites our beloved (slightly rusty) serial killer... Worth the wait and screen time.

Brutal, gripping, twists and thrills and plenty life lessons. A must watch!!
