This was my first ever souls game and I LOVED IT! I did have to watch some videos to truly appreciate the story but once I understood it it made my experience of the game all the better. And it is a difficult game but if you just keep trying then eventually get it right and that’s the best feeling in the world! A good analogy for this game is it’s like a puzzle. It’s difficult and you have to stop and think sometimes but once you find that perfect piece it’s amazing!
