I would give it zero stars if it was an option.. took them a week to get a technician out to my property to service my internet.after it was scheduled 2 days after my service went out.. I called and got another provider after the 3rd day and I had internet 2 days before the could send a tech and they just showed up no appointment or anything.. I handed them there junk and said have a good day..awful customer service.. 3 business are ran from my home it is completely unacceptable... spectrum was super friendly and provided service instantly..and gave me a 10% discount for dealing with awful service from frontier... way to go..thank you spectrum..
