What a horrible sequel, Lana tells you IN THE MOVIE that the corporates are gonna make a sequel with or without you and then produces this rubbish story with bad kung fu to make sure that doesn't happen again. This reminds me of Gremilns 2

I'm not sure why its getting such good reviews. The problem is in the writing, which is sloppy and lazy resulting in the characters doing stupid things to push the story forward. SPOLIERS From Strange committing a dangerous spell to Peter taking a whole bunch of baddies to an apartment, to having all the stakes negated by having a reset button It was all stupid people doing stupid things all the way. Andrew Garfield really is the Amazing Spiderman though. Makes me wish he had better writers too for his movies.

There is something wrong with The Suicide Squad of 2021. The pacing is off and the movie slows down a lot. And when the action starts it underwhelming. The comedy is off too, probably due to the fact that neither Cena nor Elba have the timing of Chris Pratt or Ryan Reynolds, who seem to pull off movies like these much more naturally. As a result the violence played for laughs comes off a bit horrific. Margot Robbie does her best with what she's got, but she has too small a part to carry this movie. Was hoping for so much more considering Gunn really hasn't had a misfire since now.
