I really love this series, there are so many teachable moments displayed in a way that acknowledges the hardships so many people face, that are also presented in a goofy way. Throughout the series we see each of the characters really grow, while also exploring philosophy and gaining unironic advice that can be implemented into real lives. I feel like this show has so many characters that at various points, you hate-to-love and love-to -hate. That being said, so many of the flaws that really showcase a characters personality become so loveable as you see them overcome every obstacle time and time again. I think there is a much bigger picture within "The Good Place" that asks the viewer to not only be critical of their own behavior, but also be grateful for having the opportunity to experience both joy and sadness. I think manifesting gratitude and finding the meaning in situations that seem out of control are only a couple of the extraordinary experiences of being human. Lol I am honestly sad that I can't binge the fourth season on Netflix yet... Also I love Janet she is so badass (but so are all the characters, in their own right). The actors are so good I forget that they aren't the people they play in real life. Love them.
