Ben Hahn

As a Korean immigrant who has worked in both Japanese and American worlds, this movie, especially Solomon’s character, really hits home. My grandparents lived in Osaka as well. The actors are marvelous - Kim Minha and Youn Yuh-Joung are so good in their roles. Lee Minho has matured in his roles as well. I can’t wait for the next episode.

I had such high hopes for this movie. What a hot mess. Seems about an hour too long, plot jumps all over the place, the whole "terrorist" thing doesn't make a lot of sense. The movie somehow morphs into a vampire/zombie flick a la Train to Busan/World War Z ripoff midway through. Would have been so much better if they just focused on the mother vampire fighting the terrorists. In the end I fell asleep because it just became stupid.
