A great adaptation of the lore. The acting, combat, soundtrack, and the pacing is perfect. Cavill does a fantastic job as Geralt, far surpassing all expectations. Anya Chalotra too is amazing in her role, showing extensive range in her portrayal of Yennefer. As a huge fan of the franchise, I found the story easy to understand and get into. However, newcomers might find it complicated. I would suggest they invest in reading up on the characters or watching some sort of summary to be able to appreciate this show properly.
