Don't listen to the critics on this one... If it's violent slapstick you crave, this film has PLENTY of it! And sure, like most cartoon movies, it has a really cheesy and predictable plot with the humans interacting, (and sometimes gets a tad bit irritating) but watching the animated characters go at eachother's throats through the ENTIRE film actually makes up for it! The animation isn't groundbreaking by any means, but it's a nice little nostalgia treat for the inner child in ya. (And thank the heavens ABOVE for not making Tom OR Jerry talk!) I'd say it's worth the watch, but don't expect anything spectacular from it. (7.4/10)

**S P O I L E R S** This was EXACTLY the goofiness I signed up for! Alex (Bill), Keanu (Ted) (can't unsee him as John Wick tho), and William (Death) bring it to the table yet again for another round of interdimensional time-traveling mayhem, and they come with a strong and fitting supporting cast as well! Samara (Thea) and Brigette (Billie) fit almost perfectly as the titular character's kids, literally riding the same wavelengths as both Keanu and Alex in their heyday! Two additions that stood out to me the most were Kristen Schaal as "Kelly" (Rufus's Daughter) and Anthony Carrigan as "Dennis Caleb McCoy" (a.k.a. "Robot") While it's nowhere near as iconic as Excellent Adventure or Bogus Journey for that matter, it's full of the same rapier wit and awkward hilarity that made the first one a smash! If you're a fan of the first two, this one will NOT disappoint! (I do wish we could have seen more of death tho)
