I mean I didn't agree with the kind of swooping moral arc at the end, but I guess that's kinda the point - it's gritty and hard and it's not supposed to be obvious who's right and who's wrong. It does kinda still seem obvious to me, but whatever.
Reviewing every single element except the absolute final scene:
gripping, tense, well-acted.
I'd love to see a second season continuing to follow Jon or if it's possible to have a narrative where both dads interact once again - that'd be cool.
Idk if a series 2 on Dan on his own would be watchable (maybe as a drama instead of a thriller), mainly bc the high stakes originate in Jon's profession as a doctor.
