Obcure Twin

Ok, everyone saying those complaining about a "political" undertone being racists or part of the problem, consider this. Right out of the gate we hear about white supremacy, only to be corrected by the self hating liberal white guy as, "white people"...then the white critic is just blatantly racist. The cops are all portrayed as evil. The only people ruthlessly killed are white people, outside of the one scene where guys sister is killed, candyman is selective if you're black and say his name though. The only white dude who does not die and is portrayed in a decent manner is the gay dude in a biracial relationship. I would of been ok with turning the old story into a more modern one by connecting perceived issues in today's society...but this movie was just all about how racist and evil white people are. This movie, by definition is racist. Link 1 movie in the last 3 decades where a white killer exclusively kills black people and portrays all black people as evil. It's 2021...for being so progressive and hating racism, people sure do like to focus on racism. And as usual it's ok, as long as it is aimed at white people, because you can't be racist to whites.
