The story are very simple and readable. Any one or not facing any difficulty to read.I think all stories of Ruskin Bond related to the society and doon valley. In this story Rascals is possibly right – none of the characters are really vindictive barring a few poisoners. The book makes for good company on a voyage or a winter evening under the blanket – take your pick.
