dr. oz I have watched your show for years and am cringing ever time you condone MICRO WAVE use. You just did a show with USANA being over joyed with oriental medicine. As I have had a practice in same for 25 years we believe in ying and yang (positive @ negative).
MICRO WAVE cooking may be fast but you are making your food only one of the positive or negative energy of food.
If USANA is a reputive company they will agree with occurance in food.
Please be honest and stop raving about MICRO WAVE as a healthy cooking tool.
