I totally agree with this review. Fortunately, I was able to fast forward it to see if the ending was worth the time to watch the movie... it wasn't. Sandler has made some very good "serious" movies, this is NOT one of them. There are way too many "lost in space" stories out there, we do not need another one.

These days I usually don't have time to watch an entire 8 episode series an just watch the first and the last - BUT I sat through an ENTIRE day - (only fast-forward through the fighting scene) - didn't not want to miss any detail! Great mix of serious and humor, excellent themes of family, mothers and sons/daughters, friendship, et al. Great to see a different demographic shown with respect and NOT stereotyped. (My son the Doctor?) Totally enjoyed the series!!

Watched the first episode, thought it was a very interesting take on getting into and and working a tough situation... HOWEVER I stopped watching with all the intense back-story of the ill child as motivation, the divorced dad trying to connect with his son... TOO MANY KIDS - threats of deportation - violence - one and DONE with this show.

First few episodes were fun, but after awhile Martin Shore just became annoying - the "reveal" was so very sad - deaf son, Nathan Lane really pushing it over the top - as was everyone else. Sting's appearance was ridiculous. Very disappointed in what I thought was going to be a fun series

At first, I thought this was going to be a stupid stereotype about fight attendants, but I was totally wrong - what a great surprise! Tons of twists and turns, GREAT acting, writing, plot and character development - keeps one guessing throughout - (Except for the Felix bit - too obvious) Couldn't stop thinking that Miranda was Missy, the "Master" from Doctor Who - Michelle Gomez - perfect evil/comic combination!!

I started watching this series on Britbox - only went up to 8 season - but I stopped watching mid-way through O'Hanlon's shows- the female actor who replaced John-Jules was so annoying I had to mute the volume whenever she was talking. The plot was getting too predictable and BORING. I'd watch the first 10 minutes to see who died and the last 10 minutes (with recap) to find out who the murderer (s) was, there wasn't anything in-between of any interest.

I watched the series several years ago and had forgotten about it until I saw it being re-run on HULU binged 3 seasons stuck at home and laughed so hard my sides hurt! 20 years might have gone by, but except for some cell phone (mobile phone) tech issues, it really holds up expertly! Didn't realize until I saw the credits, that Dr. Who writer Steven Moffit wrote the series (Steve and Sue) there were several references to the Dalecks in the dialogue - Nothing like this on TV today - when we REALLY need to laugh!
