unfortunately the cutscenes aren't cinematic as we were promised, the arthas vs illidan cutscene was actually awful, and the ambiance is horrific. while the hd character models are nice, they're very out of place in the poorly shaded environment and the character dialogue faces are wooden and emotionless. i was looking forward to this game, but it turned out severely disappointing. i hope blizzard fixes it, but until then don't waste your money on it
