I think Henry Ian Cusak should be removed from the show. He adds little to it and takes away the action of the other cast members.

I think it is getting to crappy. Most of the questions are sexual in nature and Steve Harvey just show sexual action to try make it funny. Why not ask more general questions and make to show more interesting and less provocative.
