During the game rule part, they said winners of each game will get prize money. And in the later part everyone thought they were just playing game that have high risk and really never expect it to be a battle royal where there is only one final winner. I think everyone assumed that if everyone played the game and win, they would split the cash prize, not fight to the death scenario. It would have been so cliche, but they got away with it by hiding it until the last moment. Rather disappointed
