John Candy was at his best in this classic. It's all funny, funny stuff. Most of all I love the ending of this movie, where Uncle Buck helps his teenage niece to learn an important lesson in life and she does a bit of growing up in the process. Heartwarming. I've seen this movie many times and the final scene where Uncle Buck and Tia wave goodbye to each other always makes me smile.

The lives of four people in Reno happen to become intertwined in a very unusual but interesting way. This film is well written, well acted and has a great cast with Philip Baker Hall, John C. Reilly, Gwyneth Paltrow and Samuel L. Jackson. An excellent and very entertaining film. Highly recommended!

This is one of my all time favorite horror movies. It reminds me of a nightmare--a brightly colored, visually stunning nightmare. I love the look, sound and overall creepy feel this movie has. I have seen it at least a dozen times and every time it just keeps getting better as I notice extra llittle nuances I never noticed before. The screams, the whispers! Watch this movie on the biggest screen you can find. Definitely one of the best horror films ever made!

Call me crazy but I like this movie. Cameron Diaz is really funny in certain scenes, although in my opinion, it's Lucy Punch who steals the show as Amy Squirrel. Not exactly a classic or anything, but it makes me laugh anyway.
