Ps4, while last gen, should not suffer as significantly as it currently does in terms of fps, and graphical performance. This looks borderline worse than mid-gen ps3 games. How do we get beautiful games like RDR2, but then regress a decade to this? Multiple instances with fps dropping below 19, questionable if resolution even comes through at 720, the biggest evidence is when looking in the mirror. Failed textures, rough polygons, and this doesn't improve no matter how long you wait for the game to render appropriately. Last gen players have been scammed.
