Greta Berlin

I'll see it over and over. The music, the dancing, the acting, the melancholy... all were beautifully done. I highly recommend the film. But do try to see it in English. Dubbing the dialogue in French just does not do the film and the New York accents justice.

Heartbreaking to watch. Colin Firth is remarkable and the actor who plays him when he's young is superb. I wasn't terribly impressed with Nicole Kidman this time, but she wasn't given much to do. It's an updated version of Bridge on the River Kwai.
