I'm on day 3. The diet seemed like a good plan because I still eat carbs, proteins, and fats ...,(thinking it's just a matter of when) so I was surprised to see how restrictive, (in my opinion) the diet is. I am quite hungry despite the "lots of carbs" or "eat more" blurts on the cover of the book. I guess I need to load up on more vegetables. I have, however, learned a lot about food and how my body responds to it. I am excited to find out how I feel after eating super healthy food exclusively over a period of time. I'm not sure if it's fair to take away a star, but I don't enjoy a lot of cooking and I wish I weren't so hungry. I watch the clock a lot. Maybe it will get easier in time. The bottom line is: I need to get healthy, I want to lose 40 lbs, and I absolutely believe Haylie's plan will set me up to reach my goals and hopefully teach me new lifelong eating habits I can live with.
