Sensationalizing LAPD's incompetence in handling the case. How did they not consider checking the tanks when they searched the building? Did they drain the water and check the inside of the tanks? If she was alive while in the tank, they're would be scratch marks of her trying to escape.
The detectives should be embarrassed to show their faces, but they probably got a fat check from Netflix.
