Lieta Taysom

If you are a fan of the musical you will probably be able to get past the costuming better than most people. They did a decent job of turning a plotless musical into something with something resembling plot with a character arc for fan favorite victoria. They ruined Rum tum tigger. Completly. Gus. The theater cat worked quite well. Skimbelshanks was amazing. The song number McCavity had a great tone and performance but lack luster dancing. Victoria's solo was uninspiring. Jenny Amy dots and bostefer jones were expanding and made much less charming because of it. Munkustrap was well performed. And I actually liked what they did with mr mistoflees. But his song was not as good as the musical. The gamlour cat was well handled. Overall a very mixed bag. But I had fun
