Nice cookbook for vegans (and non-vegans) who like to make restaurant-style Indian dishes at their home. There's a lot of recipes ranging from dals, curries, breads, desserts, and more. I purchased the paperback and I'm pleasantly surprised to see large print. There's an image to almost every dish which is very helpful. All in all, a very helpful and needed cookbook.
