This was my first Turkish drama. To be honest, I was on the fence on starting on a series drama since most other dramas I've watched are dragging and too heavy. Dolunay has been a breath of fresh air. I wasn't expecting it to be engaging until the end. Yes, there were times that you're tempted to skip some scenes (especially with the side characters) but that's how these small side-scenes add up to the totality of the story. I am currently re-watching it and believe me, I slept for one hour 'cause I cannot let go of the next episode. It's just too indescribable, the way the characters evolve and develop. I'm really out of words; it was that good.
