I'm so enjoying this show! I never had the opportunity to watch it while it was on, but during the pandemic lockdown I started from the beginning and currently in season 3. I love the storylines' and the pace of each episode. They don't dwell on one plot for too long. It's has the feel of real life drama. As someone who has a same-sex partner raising children together, I could relate to much of the drama between Stef and Lena. It will be sad when I reach the end of season 5.

I'm extremely surprised at some of the poor reviews. I'm only a few episodes in and decided to see what others have to say, but trying not to read too much as I want to avoid spoilers. The acting is superb and for me, with such a dramatic show, that's key. I don't care if the whole NASA space trip to Mars is accurate to what real life would be like (think Ad Astra), im not a rocket scientist with any experience level of engineering or physics, so all of that backdrop works for me. This is a show about love loyally and trust and so much more. Maybe I'll change my view when I'm finished, but so far, I'm really digging it.
