With covid-19 home projects planned I have watched this programme for inspiration and enjoyment. I sometimes binge on my favourite teams in all their own shows. One thing I find appalling in Rock The Block is the destruction of new home materials and features. I can’t believe the of cabinets, tubs, floors etc. Why aren’t they saving/re-using/ donating these materials to Homes for Habitât or ReStore for others who need it. Or those who can buy it at reduced prices. I know I would love to enhance my own home with those fantastic items. Also, there are organizations who build homes for those in need. Am I missing something? Is this show, just showing off, or only entertainment for the ultra rich. Christina, Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦

Normally, I enjoy watching this programme with mother and daughter team. However I just finished watching an episode where the mom picked the most hideous green velvet sofa and chairs. Then added a weird wallpaper that looked scummy, add to that artwork that looked like the bottom of a fishbowl. The whole house was poorly overdone. Very disturbing and disappointing in my opinion.
